Paul Anderson is the senior partner in Anderson & Hart, P.A., where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Trial Experience
Paul is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He has tried more than two hundred-fifty workers' compensation and personal injury cases and served as counsel on approximately thirty cases at the appellate court level. Board certification by the Florida Bar recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills, proficiency, professionalism and ethics in practice. Paul has been a board certified workers compensation attorney since 1997.
Professional Service
Paul is a member of the Workers' Compensation and Trial Law Sections of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the Florida Workers' Advocates (FWA), the Capital City Justice Association, and the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. Paul is also a Senior Fellow of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
Paul is the only Florida attorney ever to serve as President of the Florida Justice Association, President of the Florida Workers' Advocates, and Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Paul's past service includes serving on the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Board Certification Committee, the Three-member Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Board Certification Appeals Committee and the Workers' Compensation Rules Advisory Committee. Paul has also served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association for Insurance Reform (FAIR).
Lectures & Seminars
Paul has served as a guest lecturer at the Florida State University College of Law, the Conference of the Judges of Compensation Claims, the WCRI Annual Convention, the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Forum, the Florida Workers' Advocates Annual Convention and the Florida Justice Association Annual and Workhorse Conventions.
Awards
Paul has received numerous legal awards in his career, including the FJA Presidents Award, the FWA Lifetime Achievement Award, the FJA Golden Eagle Award, the FWA David H. Levine Outstanding Leadership Award, the FJA Staff Award, and the Workers’ Compensation Section’s Frierson/Colling Professionalism Award.
